Jasper is a pet care and management app designed to help families stay organized around their pets’ daily needs.From tracking feeding, walks, medications, and activity to managing vet visits and grooming appointments, Jasper brings everything into one simple, shared experience. The app focuses on clarity, ease of use, and collaboration, making it effortless for multiple caregivers to stay in sync and ensure pets are consistently cared for.
Research
Jasper was developed through a research-driven, user-centered design process. I started with a competitive analysis and requirements gathering to uncover key opportunities in the pet care space. These findings guided the creation of a primary user persona and a comprehensive journey map that informed core features and user flows. To validate the experience, I conducted usability testing and iterated on the design using real user feedback to ensure the final product was intuitive, practical, and tailored to user needs.
