Conference Poster
This project focused on designing a compelling and informative two-sided conference poster using provided text. The design required a strong conceptual approach, with ideas drawn directly from the content to create a visually engaging and original concept. The process involved thorough analysis of the copy, extensive brainstorming, and exploration of multiple directions before arriving at a final design. Emphasis was placed on originality, creative ownership, and thoughtful typography, rather than relying on stock imagery or basic display fonts. The goal was to produce a poster that effectively communicates information while making a memorable visual impact for the conference audience. The approach that I went with was a futuristic feeling poster for renewable energy, using color and type to convey that feeling. I wanted to use black and white imagery to emphasize the color the drawn on greenery and the feeling of what could be a greener planet.
